An Overview:
Artemis Fowl is a high-tech fantasy with an interesting mix of fairies, leprechauns and computers.
Artemis Fowl is heir to the Fowl family empire. A family of con artists and underworld figures on an international level. Artemis is also one of the world's greatest criminal minds that ever was, he is also just 12 years old.
Artemis discovers proof that fairies, trolls and leprechauns (known as "The People") really do exist. Further investigation reveals that all fairies have a magical book; he learns that if he is able to find a fairies book it would lead him to a vast treasure of gold.
While this audio book is classified as a science-fiction and fantasy for children, many adults have found it equally entertaining.
The Narration:
Beautifully narrated by Nathaniel Parker whose distinctive voice suits this type of fantasy.
