An Overview:
A Million Little Pieces by James Frey, a story about James Frey, his addictions with drugs and alcohol that had progressed to almost deadly extremes.

By the time James had sought help by entering into a drug and alcohol rehabilitation program, doctors were stunned at the extreme level of his body's toxins and were shocked to find he was still alive.

James must confront the consequences of how he has lived so far but refuses to consider himself a victim of anything but his own bad decisions, a mindset that contradicts his counselor's therapy for the road to recovery. James finds he must not only deal with the ever present urge to use chemicals but also confront his mental demons at the same time.

James's account of his struggle is devoid of cynicism and self-pity and offers a fresh and unique prospective about the torments of addiction and the hard road to recovery.

The Narration:
Wyman's narration brings this story to life.
