Non-Book apps
There's a thread for apps, and I think it is meant to be for books and audiobooks, so I thought I'd start one for non-book apps.
I am hooked on the Jamie Oliver cooking app. It has recipes and photos and detailed instructions. It's really great.

I have to admit that I like Angry Birds. It's mindless fun! When I'm feeling a little more on the ball, I like to play Scrabble on my iPod. You can set the difficulty of the computer opponent so you can actually be on a level playing field. I win about 50% of the time or more.

Scrabble
The BEST game (if it is a game) ever invented! I never did try it on my iPod, I usually just go for silly time wasters on it... serious thought needed here, it might interfere with my audiobook time.
could this be a clue to the avatar??

Kind of Mick, applications give you an array of different functions for your iPod, unfortunately they are only available for the iPod touch and iPhone as well as now the relatively new Ipad

I often talk to my self, the thing is I can never agree with a thing I have to say!
