You want to succeed and you will, but first reinforce your desire by imagining yourself when you realize your goal, literally imagine all the benefits. If it’s losing weight, see yourself in those new clothes, imagine how good you will feel, and how your self-image will improve when you look into the mirror. Regardless of the goal you are about to achieve, make a habit of imagining the benefits of achieving your goals, regardless of what they are.
